I can't really suggest anywhere, but from personal experience avoid KEighley Trade Centre, they are a bunch of cowboys, I went there to look at a 555 which turned out to be nothing of the sort.
I bought a V1 STi from them and it ended up costing me about 2500 to put it right and threatening them with court.

I'd suggest the sale section on here is a good place to look!

Picked up my version 5 type R about 6 months ago for £9k fresh import totally standard. Just check the usual as with any used car. They do have DCCD and IC water spray so make sure working OK.

Been trying to sell mine, want to desert to Evo ownership.

Defo the one to have, must admit still get in the car and think i might just keep it as the grin factor is a great feeling.

Judging a decent price is hard as they range wildly, just make sure you don't buy the first one you see.

Also this is not attempt to sell mine.

I have read of quite a few Evo owners on here that have swapped their Evo 7's etc for Type-R's!
Defo. the one to have.
I bought my Type-R STi V5 over an Evo 9 and STi 8 Spec C RA.
Never regretted it!
