Default 95 STi, help ID a part# , how to tell which rear diff I have?

Hi all, I have a 95 JDM STi, I can't find the part number for this lower windshield trim.

Also, the heatshield below the turbo rattles a bit, is there supposed to be something that secures to these threads? Sorry for the crap pic.

Lastly, I'd like to do a trans service and rear diff. I think the trans is 75w90, if I'm not mistaken. How can I tell if I have a limited slip rear, or even which model my rear diff is? Not sure which fluid goes in the back...

Sorry for the loaded questions.

Most, if not all, Subaru diffs (LSD or otherwise) use 75W90.

Using the VIN decoder on THIS PAGE using either the Applied model code or the VIN option will give you a good indication of whats fitted.
On the applied model page you can then check the transmission link for diff specs.
Most early JDM models only have a LSD centre diff.

simplest is to use a 75w90 LS spec oil for the rear diff as it will protect a pukka plated rear LSD but won't harm a sealed unit LSD.........
