Just wanna make sure its my clutch....

Car revs up fine to about 3.6kRPM... then if you put ya foot flat down the revs just jump all ove rthe shop, engine reving then engaging etc.. every gear any speed

Sounds like clutch slip - I've had the same for the last month and am just getting mine replaced today. Mine would only rev into the red if you hammered it whilst overtaking. Standing start and up through the gears would be fine for some reason Anyway, I'm hoping it is just clutch slip and not a fudged gearbox... I might let you know tomorrow for sure. Clutch is a sod to change by the noises my mechanic mate is making hahaha!

Default Very easy to damage clutch in fitting

Just check the plate for exact trueness from centre to outer edge

very easy to hang gearbox on the plate and bend centre of clutch plate slightly

3000 miles later and bingo clutch slip
gets blamed on clutch every time and it's muppets who fit the gearbox and leave it with full weight onto plate with no support
