They couldn't apoloigise enough to be fair to them and they've given me a loan car until its sorted. Plus it all goes through the dealerships insurance because it was under there care at the time!

Annoying though!

Webbers Basingstoke?

Seems like they are being very fair and straight - good to see.

Bit of 'T'-Cut will have that out in no time!

Unhappy

I can only imagine how i'd feel if i got back to my car in a regular car park and found it like that!
If it had to happen, it seems to have been in the best place for it to happen, if you know what i mean?

Good on 'em for coming straight out with 'our yard, our fault' statement so rapidly too. Reckon it 'cos they got the van driver monkey to go through his insurance, but still, they seem to have put your mind at rest asap. Bet they were really looking forward to you picking it up after that happened?
In their office; "Whose gonna tell him?" "You tell him!" "No way, you do it! Oh crap here he comes!! Ahh sir minor fault found during your service..."
Glad it all getting sorted, and a wagon to play with too...

Lexx.
