So in essence anyone one in government, And we all know our PM doesn't give a toss as he's resigning in 2008. Atleast Gordon Brown has not added further taxation in the last few year.
Does anyone worry if there are less lorries on the road. From the apalling standard I have whitnessed of dangereous lorry drivers on the public roads, i would somewhat welcome more goods being transported by rail. At least BR trains generally don't kill anyone.
