Is it my computer or is the BBS having some problems????

Seems very fast for me at the moment. If dialling in no a modem, then disconnect and re-connect, as you sometimes get connected to a slow modem/routes/whatever at the other end.

Through both my home modem dialup and direct connection from work I have suffered from it hanging for minute or so and then it starts working again and a very good speed. I thought it was just me!

Sometimes it is lighnen quick and at other times it either doesn't load or gives a DB error.

This is only in the last 3 - 4 days.....

Super fast here. On some previous days it did seem to go to a standstill for a while on some occasions and then start working again, but generally super quick.

There is something a little strange that every now and then it all stops for minute or so, and then goes back to normal.

I haven't got to the bottom of what's causing it yet, but I'll be investigating over the coming weeks to try to tie it down.

Thought is was just me! All stalls occassionally but usually a big improvement. Good luck with sorting it out and thanx for the hard work.

Have had the problem where all seems ok, then clicking on another thread gives the standard windows white screen. Other forums load ok for a while, then nothing.

Will monitor and give more details if you ask.
