ok ive always been a fan of imprezas an now ive sold my civic type r i want a scooby......a m8 in work has a 95 imports impreza wrx which he says is a light wieght and is 270 odd bhp its done 60k full service history full service 2 months ago ......im tempted but wondered what should i look out for on tht age......i work with him so im hopin he wont sell me a bag of s**te riskin reprisals lol

so if anyone has any ideas or thoughts onb the car feel free to say

60k is still a low mileage especially with a full service history. sorry though I dont know much about imports!

Whats the condition of the engine, any leaks, accidents, previous history of problems, how long did your friend have it... any rust, has it been thrashed...

I have a 95' WRX Jap Import... it came with service history and still it has only done 40k mileage... I have never had any problems apart from the common with this model... steering oil sludge leak... which is not a problem...

I have had mine for over 4 years... if you treat it well it will look after itself.

 

erm okay so proper english....... alas my dearest fellow subaru owners iam still battling against conflicting thoughts of either pros and cos of the hopfully said purchsed subaru which i have stated previously in my communication
