I've had these done -
Any vinyl graphics place should be able to do them - just take them in a copy of what you want and they should be able to do it. The one I used scanned in the image then touched it up on computer before printing it.
Remember to print them in reverse if sticking inside window.

Either salsa-king or stikky pete should be able to sort these for you. Do a search on this BBS. I've got stickers thru' salsa-king (Phil) in the past, and the quality is top notch (in fact he's just got me another set done -- this will be the third lot I've ordered from him).
