White sticky-back plastic - cut to shape - WH Smith?

Black letters/numbers - Halfords?

 

I know that someone was selling them on the BBS - unfortunately I have deleted the mail.

Any decent sticket/graphic shop should be able to do it, got mine in redhill from one such store.

I can help! The backing must be reflective otherwise is isn't legal but hard to spot from a distance!
