Don't start this old chestnut. Halfords oil isn't made by halfords, it is just their branding. Like co-op cornflakes used to be made by kelloggs, do you see eh eh. Because of branding you can get goods cheaper, do you see eh eh?

Just collected my car from service at main dealer, 60k service and they use 10/40 semi synth, much the same as Halfords oil probably as they didnt say a make. Must be ok if thats what they have used all the time. Must admit I cant get overly **** about oil. Ready to get shot down in flames though
