Drove one back in the army, came out on civvy street , had a go, after a day never wanted to get in one again!

my dad drives one. goes by the name of B.A. Barrackas, and changes gear using Bruce Lee's Nunchukas.

thanks guys. I just wondering how the best way to get started. what qualifications you need etc??

i been searching the net, but nothing of any real use has came to light

u need to do you r license, a mate of mine has just done his test to train people, i am just looking at getting my training for mini diggers to 3 ton, I have just set up business for mini digger Dig 4 U its called. drop me a line for a chat if I can help I will

So which do you guys recommend 180 or 360??

what sort of P/H can you earn???

have a look about for work as a driver, most will put you through the tests required if you show apptitude and willingness to learn and work hard.

jcb website is great if you want to buy one

I would go for the 360 as the 180 just does'nt have the same reach and it sounds better.

360 fella...that way you get about on a lowloader instead of holding every ****** up on the road like you would in a 180...

I did mine with Clive Hurt Training Services through work (I only did loadall's though) but they do training on all JCB's etc... They are based in Leyland - I can pm you their address and phone/fax number if you like? The fella that trained us was part of the dancing diggers display team and was the one on "You Bet" years ago picking up bottle tops with one

no i dont work for ***** just spend a lot of time working for tarmac.
this photo is on the A1 at newark, been on this job about 3 yrs

hi mate thanks for the advice Yeah the job i do at the moment is to rewarding and it quite low pay to be honest

So this should be much better for me.
