Sorry geoff bad move un less you are using in dry conditions, Warmed up and in the bone dry think they are unbeatable for grip,
I posted yesterday about these, I have got them on my 05 Spec C and are going through my first winter, will be changing as soon as poss as they break traction in the wet far too easy, will end up in a wall soon

Good luck

Top tyres m8.
Very very sticky when warm and surprisingly good in the wet, but rather slippy when it's below freezing. Good for learning how to handle power slides when its cold.

Absolutely not my experience at all.

Fabulous grip in the dry, even in this cold winter, and good grip in the wet. Yes surely they are not a wet weather tyre, but certainly have not given me any trouble in the wet and I have driven them hard.

In the snow they were a bit rubbish mind you

MY06 Spec C

Use them and enjoy them.

FFS, 130mph? hitting a puddle?

4WD does not mean it will grip no matter what, think of the vehicles dynamics.

when did i say it did?

There where other cars doing same speeds managing to stay in a straight line.

lets face it if you r doin 130 in the wet goin through puddles you r askin for it,as we all know scoobys have so much power they slide out in the dry or wet thats the carractoristics of them, these tyres(re070) are for drivers who like **** out action 8 times out of10,they are better in the wet than the lower grade 050,and i would put money on it,so dont be put off.ps i fit tyres for a livin.like
