How Do I sell a number plate
it was an unwanted gift, and the DVLA wont buy it back, anyone got any ideas. It isnt on a vehicle it is on a retention certificate

I also have an un-wanted number plate. valued to buy at over £900, but as yet the company it's with have failed to find a buyer.

i can't seem to sell S600BYO either, but i would have thought that R4SHR would be ideal for a Pig farmer...... try getting hold of that mate of Jamie Oliver...... he's a pig farmer!!

I have S6OOBY on retention which looked awesome on car, people want to buy these sort of plates for peanuts and i would rather keep it just in case i get another scooby.

If you have the number on retention you should get a reminder off the DVLA once a year. I think its £25 a year.
