Hi all, Im new to the scooby world so thought I'd say hi
Ive prob dun this back to front as ive already posted on the forum once or twice but aw wel hehe!
After the sale of my celica & looking at a few of your juvely imprezas ive gon out and bought myself one hehe!
I get it next week & im the proud owner of a 2000 (W reg) UK impreza turbo! Over the moon to say the least!
It has a ProDrive spoiler, exaust, QuickShift, OZ Anthrite alloys, everythings all colour coded, n it has some other bits n bobs! Tho I have no idea what all this ProDrive stuff is, im soooo new to the scooby world, maybe a few of you fine ppl could help me out lol!
Its alo quite a funky colour too, kind of a reddish/burnt orangy colour, Ive never seen one this colour but its a factory colour
I wont so much be looking forward to my insurance tho as Im only 21!!
Does any 1 have any specs on my car, I have no idea what they are BHP wise, or 0-60 etc! Any help wud be much appreciated
Oh and finally Im from the North East, Whitby/Teesside/Scarborough area, any members from these areas?!

The company that builds the Subaru World Rally cars, also sell consumer items through official Subaru dealers ranging from trim such as lovely big spoilers and pretty lightweight wheels, to mechanical enhancements such as suspension modifications and quick gear linkages, to engine mods and power upgrade such as the PPP (Prodrive Performance Pack) which you will see many people (inc. me ) have on their cars here. Their stuff is always excellent quality and amongst the best design you'll get, although this is usually reflected in their prices. Most of their stuff is also approved by Subaru and IM so it doesn't kill the warranty.

ahh I see had to idea they made the rally cars, cheers for that bud
soooo thats good then that mine has a prodrive exaust, high rise spoiler, quick shift and it has sum georgeous anthrie coloured OZ wheels that look ace! Im sure this is how the car was bought so have these been extras the 1st owner asked for on the car or something?
If it has all this what are the odds it will have any engine mods by prodrive? I think it has a dumpvalve tho im not sure (i dont receive the car till nxt week ya see)

All turbo Scoobs have a DV, just not a silly loud one. The OE unit is a recirculating model which uses the excess boost air pressure to slow the turbo blades. I very much doubt there'll be any internal engine mods by Prodrive, but you may have a Prodrive ECU and exhaust components. Some special editions came with Prodrive goodies already on, but most are owner specified after purchase. AS I said earlier, their quality is superb so you have no worries.
