Cool I need a car....

My car isbeing picked up on Friday night and i will have about 10500 - 11000 cash to buy myself a scooby. Its been 5 years since my last one and i'm wondering what you think i could get in this current market where second hand cars seem to take for ever to sell. There seems to be a massive difference in what 2 people want for the same car.... if anyone has got something i might be interested in, i'll be needing it in the next week......

There's certainly plenty out there. Just had a quick look on Autotrader and for your budget you're looking at 00-02 bugeye WRX's, although I did spot THIS which seems a bargain. You could also look at the late classic special editions such as RB5's, WRS's and maybe even P1's are getting lower now.

Hi mate, theres a gorgeous late classic one here, would leave plenty of money left over for modding!!

so i need to start looking a little harder, i'm really looking for something with not to many miles on it..... i liked the 03 but again the miles are a little steep. i just have to see if i can live with that kind of history..... liked the mods.
Cheers Christian, it would solve my issue of upgrading from an R6 to an R1 and getting a scooby but i think i want something with a little less miles....

that 03 looked really good and I would say is probably cherished judging by all the nice cosmetic touches - and a higher mileage motorway usage car may be a better bet than a low mileage car used a lot on short journeys, around town and stop-start. I would ask owner (or previous owner) what sort of driving etc.
