Newbie Question On Scooby Pricing
Hey Guys,
I am fairly new to the scooby scene and am trying to get a rough idea for what you can get for your money.
There seems to be such a wide variety of scoobys about.
What I am trying to find out is, what could I get from £6,000 (Private or trade)
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have been looking around in various mags but was trying to get an idea of what I 'should' be paying.
It seems, from the ads etc that i should be able to get a 96 wrx, with 55,000ish miles.
Does that sound about right?

The only official classic shape available in the UK (special additions aside - P1, 22B, etc.) was a straight 2.0 Turbo.
WRXs and STIs will be Japanese imports. Do your research carefully if buying an import, have a browse on here, you need to run good fuel (i.e. Optimax) to stop it detonating, and should have a few gauges fitted to keep an eye on fuelling, knock, etc.

Out of interest, whats the difference in performance on a 96 2.0 Turbo, WRX & STi?
