Get a sports cat, that will quieten it down, or change your bb.

By the way, is that just cr@p spelling or have you got a speech impediment

Swish - the point is it is quite difficult to decipher your question when it's just one long sentence.

I think it was just some advice

Why would someone be bothered to answer your question, when you can't be bothered to add a few ............ FULL STOPS!!

The only way to reduce the exhaust noise is to either get a bung, (thought the blitz exhaust came with one?) or get a different exhaust system. Prodrive, revolution, magnex are all great systems and won't be to bad on the ears!!
Regarding decat downpipes, as long as you have atleast 1 or 2 silencers in the rest of the system, adding a decat downpipe shouldn't be to bad.

I have a blitz system aswell and f*ck me, when I added a decat downpipe, noise levels went through the roof!

Excellent I thought!

my system is loud enough and im keepin blitz for performance wise as everything on my car is blitz , just a downpipe blitz would be 2 much even with bung im just after a dpipe , that isnt Loud that wouldnt give the decibels another 100 db in my car ,
has anyone got the hks hyper silent or something dont know the exact name dpipe ,
im sure someone said it does as the name says

The HKS silent Hi power is the name of exhaust not d/p , as far as i know HKS only make one d/p which is a closed neck design.

No matter what d/p you get the noise will increase as there is less restriction.

Well said. your exhaust sysyem at present consists of the original subaru downpipe with cat, and a blitz cat back exhaust. With a decat downpipe, you obviously remove the pipe with the cat and replace it with a straight through pipe. This is a lot less restrictive but will increase noise.
As I said before, you can either leave it as it is and put up with noise, or replace the blitz system with a full decat system (which will include the downpipe) WITH SILENCERS.
Have a look at the exhaust section on www.scoobyworld.co.uk to get a better idea of the exhaust system consists of.

i dont want sound like a tool but its off info i got off hpr racing , they said to me that if i added a blitz dp that the sound would be seriously loud , and if i didnt want noise i should consider a diff dpipe ,
nowwould all downpipe`s sound the same with my backpipe if so i might as well get a blitz !

Blitz don't make downpipes!
All they are is a straight through pipe. Some have an open throat to accomadate the wastegate and exhaust gases through the same opening (recommended), closed-neck or a double ported neck. I had a magnex double ported design, but it caused over-boost, so I switched to an open-throat design (scoobyworld) and had no such problems.
