What nick said!

Just returns can be a little bit of a pain. I live quite close by so I drop stuff off and it gets sorted quickly. Otherwise it's returned at your cost normally.

Excellent prices and pretty quick delivery though.

Personally I buy quite a lot from them and my busniess buys thousands of pounds worht of stuff

Usually Ok when buying.

But the fun starts if soimething is faulty or incorrect and you want it sent back/replaced/refunded.

Do google UK only search on "ebuyer customer reviews" and judge for yourself.

Apparently eBuyer say (on their website) they have improved their customer service, can't comment if it has personally. But regardless who you buy with...makes sure you have a internet safe/protected purchases credit card to dig you out if things go wrong

Ive used ebuyer for a few years now, however I wont be again after my recent experience. Theyre great in that prices are low, and their range is good - but if you need to return something theyre a NIGHTMARE.

Wont go into detail, but I bought a new TFT screen a couple of months back, they sent the wrong one, so I arranged for collection and a new one to be delivered. This took almost 3 weeks! Then they delivered a replacement which was the same as the first one they'd sent (ie also wrong). Had enough at this point, so contacted them again, and asked for a refund - eventually got a refund (minus a restocking fee!! )

Customer service was utterly useless - like they didnt care at all.

I have used Ebuyer for 3 years to buy bits to build pc's if you know what you are doing and what you are after, you will have few problems. I have made a dozen pc's for friends from bit bought from them no major probs and fairly quick on the ones I did have. Cheaper than the fairs and safer.
