Not a cheap repair job!
min of 2 wings, 1 bonnet, 1 front bumper, atleast 6k's worth there alone (thats just parts!!)

I saw a 22b for sale with 5k miles on it for £26/27k this week, so whatever this one will be worth once repaired won't be anywhere near that plus the mahooosive cost to fix it.
No thanks

Apart from the cosmetic damage, you dont know if the engine had been damaged during the accident (looks costly, no radiator etc) and that will set someone back a fair whack..... Shame really, looked like it could have once been a nice car

Suprise surpise!!!!
I KNEW this car would show up at an auction....
http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=366108
Hit by a transit IIRC. - Cambelt damaged thus non runner.
Only econmically repairable if you own and run a bodyshop guys - so don't get any daft ideas (although seeing my family does...I may have a sniff at the bidding )

it will have sold for a fair amount they recntly had a p1 with worse damage than that and it went for £11k. people pay silly prices for things like that at auction.

Oh it makes you laugh, 13k!!
The 6+k for cosmetics on the front, possably a new engine, parts etc, you wont make any money on this car, if any you will loose out, 5k would have got you a reasonable repairable car, but 13k!! you could buy another 22b with, ok more miles on the clock for 10-12k more and it will keep its price, your going to be spending 12-15k on just repairing this one....
Someones just bought themselves one BIG headache thats not going to go away (or they didnt know what they were buying and thought parts were cheap lol!)

Or they have already got some 'spare parts' avail to repair the car. Then it's a cheap 22B
Also, just cos the cambelts damaged doesn't 100% guarantee the engine is u/s. I have known 2.0 versions be absolutely fine with a new belt (and pulleys if necessary) fitted.
It is still dear at £13k tho A bit like e-bay bidders don't like to be beaten. It's human nature.
Theres a plate on there off a 'Rally' car. Not transferrable, just an original plate... How can that be worth £50 +????
Make em up for £3 and rake it in...
