Samcos are recommended. You are looking in the region of £650 for a Tek3.
Bhp is dependant on the rolling road and weather but expect anything from 240 up to 280. I got 257bhp and 252 Ib/ft with a suspect clutch
Worth it IMO. It didn't feel a massive difference at first, but after a while i found overtaking and coming out of slow corners a complete hoot as it pulled so much harder

i got mine mapped about a year ago and have had the std hoses in place since day one, no problems at all. no point spunking another £100+ if you don't need them!
is it worth the remap? oh yes can't recall exact figures but both bhp and torque are now intop the 270's with the same set up as yours.
you will notice the car pulling all the way to the redline all thru the gears instead of running out of puff like i thought it did previous to the map. i thought it totally transformed the car TBH. pulls like a train
i think there's a group buy on remaps going on at the mo that should save a few quid
