hi = a real newbie here ...
Hello
I have just purchased my first ever scoobie and am picking it up on saturday, I am so excited as have wanted one for years! It's not a WRX or a pro drive
but it's just a 2.0 sport Special (2000 X reg) oh, and it's yellow!
Basically I wanted to say hi and if anyone could tell me about how a 30-something married lady who loves her little car can get into joining other scoobie mad people on meets - then great.
Would have to be southern area - near Guildford. I see that I just missed one - typical!
Do get in touch if u want.
Roll on saturday .......

Welcome to the site Yvette - best place to look for meets in your area would be the Southern section. There is a regular monthly meet not a million miles from you!

Welcome all - any lurkers out there not posted yet? Don't be shy, say hello we don't bite (unless you drive a Corsa or a Chavalier).

hi to you all, getting closer to picking her up ....... can't wait!
So tomorrow, if you are anywhere near Guildford look out for a yellow scooby and me with a huge grin!
If you see me, feel free to wave.

i am always grinning to so you will have to put your name on your sun visor to avoid any confusion
as for waving most of the scooby drivers are fat and bald with a pie in theire faces and dont wave *runs and hides*
practice waving at yourself in the mirror, but stick your tongue out as well, then you dont feel so stupid when they dont wave back

hmmm now there's an idea???? Would it be REALLY sad if I move my "nodding little miss naughty" from the back of my suzuki to the scooby ???
Dunno if putting me name on is a good idea - all my tenants will know who's car it is - I get enough of them talking to me when I'm trying to go round Tesco's as it is! rofl

Sorry to hijack the thread but I noticed at the top prodrive was mentioned. I'm new to the site and was hoping to find out more information on a 98 prodrive and would appreciate any info on it. The cars great I just dont know much about it
