I cant believe how popular this site is!Would take weeks to read the threads on here.Im liking the site already .

I have a couple of mates with scoobys and recognised a few peeps on here already from www.psooc.com where im a moderator.Much as i'd love a scooby i own a pug 405mi16x4.She's my baby and i dont think i could ever part from her.

So does anyone do track days with their scoobys? I went out on track as a passenger with a mate in his scooby at Bruntngthorpe in may.It was great fun...much better than when i took my mi16 around the year before and the bottom decided to start knocking!

No i have the very rare 4 wheel drive version.A very good friend of mine has a le mans.Its currently off the road under going a full head rebuilt.

 

Is the Mi16 the car that the french police had a turbo'd 4wd version of? Or was that just a different, but rare variant of the 405?

Also, whats special about the Le Mans edition?

 

The turbo version is the T-16!! Totally awesome car! Matt from ecosse has one! I dont think theres a single track in the country he hasnt thrashed it on.

The le mans is a limited edition model! There were only 500 made,all in lucifer red,Its basically a p2 mi16.It has leather/alacantra seats!

 

I think I may have seen Matt's one. Wasn't it featured in Redline a good while back? Or maybe not! I think the owner got it for something ludicrous like £5K.

 

Its been in redline yea.I also have a mate that has one..Doesnt see much daylight tho.Shame really.....i'd thrash it within an inch of its life!!!
