I have seen Power Engineerings/Powerstations & Tuning Japanease's setups and would say that Powerstations have a better setup.
Most companies have just one large fan that gets put in front of the car when on the rollers, - not much good for cars with TMIC's.
Powerstation have a 2nd fan with ducting that clamps to the intercooler. This is an impressive setup. Just my opinion

I've run mine at Well Lane and had 'generous' figures from there.
Also ran at PE and got more reasonable figures.. but in both cases I wasn't happy with the fans at the front and the intercooler wasn't really doing it's job so the boost was down.
One place to consider is John Noble Motorsport in Chesterfield - that guy went completely overboard and had a water spray across the FMIC!
They added boost figures, inlet temps, bhp and torque graphs - looking at the boost graph really showed me where I was having problems.
Oh, the inlet temp was 30C when the ambient temp was 19C, not bad hey?
