hiya

try an ecu reset to clear all the fault codes and advance the timing. I did this and it drove a lot better.
Also use opitmax and clean out the boost solenoid pipes with wd40
make sure you rset the ecu last. I.e black and green connectors
other than that try plugs/service
good luck

i did a ecu reset/ service before it went on the rollers

could low boost just be the culprit?

TBH its about right.

Its a 94WRX wagon so its 220PS on 100RON fuel, which equates to about 210BHP on UK fuel at a guess.

Powerstations rollers are the most conservative there are - you'd have got 220 at PE's rollers at a guess.

0.75 bar may well be right for a car on the rollers - it may make 0.8 - 0.9 on the road, but on the rollers heat soak on your piddly slanty IC will take effect and drop boost.

The torque curve is good - nice tabletop, if I were being picky I'd have thought the TD04 would have come in 250rpm quicker, but then again it may well do on the road.

Have a look for the Wagon ScoobyECU in the group buy forum, if you want more power, it can be used in conjunction with a Dawes.
