Both Scoobs have come from there - If I get another one, it will come from Cheam again. Certainly the best dealer I've come across. Beware of Jim (Parts Manager), he has this habit of emptying my wallet with the line 'we've just got this in....'

I've been keeping an eye on their stock so it's good to hear that they're OK people.
They had a tidy looking MY99 in there until this week but I thought it was rather overpriced at (I think) 12,895.
Are their used prices generally on the high side...?

Top marks for Cheam, had excellent service form all staff, everytime I go there.
Agree with Chris L - Jims a top man, knows his stuff, but is the cause of a few large credit card bills :-)

Looks like I'm the only one then. Bought a MY2000 brand new from them in Mar 2000 with PPP and PHP. Salesman was a nice chap and still remembers the spec of my car four years later.
As for service. Didn't like the fact that things suddenly needed doing as soon as the warranty ran out (brake corrosion apparently - the cars only done 14k miles - don't ask.) Especially as it went through an MOT six months later with no problem with the brakes.
When removing the cam cover to do the chain at 3 year service, managed to bust housing and snap screw. Said it was corrosion so I had to pay for the replacements.
However, on the grand scale of places where I've taken previous prized posessions to be serviced, they're ok. I still go there afterall. Better the devil and all that.
