How much do you pay for Optimax?

How much do you pay for Optimax?
I was under the impression that fuel was not due to go up until September by 2 pence.
Optimax where I live has gone up 1 pence just after the budget and is now an horrific 84.9p a litre.
I live in Haverfordwest West Wales.
I make regular trips to Swansea which is 50 miles east of where I live and Optimax is now 82.9p. I took a recent trip up to Pontefracht to see the misses parents and at a Shell garage there Optimax was just 81.9p.
Fuel is quite expensive where I live anyway but does anyone pay more for optimax than 84.9p?
It really Pi$$$es me off as I live about 5 miles from about 4 oil refieneries!

V-Power 100ron between €1,16.9 - €1,19.9 depending what day of the week it is as my local garage changes it quicker than the wind direction

!!! I have cousins that still live there.....On of them knows a few blokes, I think they are her boyfriend's mates, that have scoobies in Haverfordwest West & Fishguard. So €0.99 in Austria is actually 66.2p and for 1 octane more than UK Optimax.
V-Power here is €1.199 which is 80.1p and 2 octane more than UK Optimax.
Normal SUL @ 98 octane (same as Optimax in UK) is about €1.05 at the moment which is 70.2p
So like for like fuel grades, UK is over 10p more expensive than Germany and Austria is just taking the p1ss!
