Made interesting reading when I got in last night, they even preferred it to the new Spec C ! Although it's not quite as quick, they'd rather have the P1.
And the M3 in 10th place ? BEHIND the Clio Williams

You had your day Davyboy, when I was 15 the 944 won the american Car and Driver magazine car of the year (sports) about 3 years running....took the Nissan 300ZX to knock it off...what did the 944 cost in todays money? Must have been more than a P1

My car cost over £40k in 1990 (lord knows what that would be today), and that was before you started choosing the options of sports seats, CD player (big news in 1990!!), 10 speaker stereo upgrade, clubsport suspension etc.
Even nearly 15 years on, it still has the performance of a modern performance car.
....anyway, back to the Evo article, before I start getting all misty eyed!
