I'd say around the 16k ish mark, and 60k is one of the biggest for a Turbo, being a 98> model the cam belt is due at 60k not 45k like the <98, so you can expect to pay around the £450 not including any additional work required.
The mileage shouldn’t be too much of a problem if its got FSSH, check the dates and intervals of servicing, just look for a nice big folder of receipts, a Subaru with a lack of service history isn’t a good thing as it could cost you a fortune fruther up the road, maybe worth getting it inspected by a specialists.
Good luck
Cheers

Why a P1? If you want a 2-door saloon get a BMW ... scoobies are meant to be practical as well as supercar beaters!

Standard brakes are sh1te get an upgrade if it doesnt already have one
Scratches on windows (vertical ones)
Clutch judder when cold
Stone chipped or scratched front spoiler
Crunching when selecting 5th gear "at haste"
theyre just a few you can pick up on a test drive so bear them in mind

LOL
Mine sometimes crunches in first, proper pain in the ****, going to get dealer to look at it.
If its a P1 youre getting just make sure it has some subaru warranty on it, theres no reason why it shouldnt carry a warranty for 5 years, 3 years official then 2 year additional for a few hundred quid.
If theres no warranty available then you might as well get an import and trouser some wedge.

Scoobynutta, mine crunched going into first until i got shot of the old gearbox oil and put in castrol syntrax 75w90 oil, no crunching at all now. Might just be that your gearbox oil is low, mine wasnt, but whatever oil it was, it wasnt up to the job. the castrol stuff seems to be well regarded on this forum (thats why i use it)
