people,
as u may or may not know children in need is fast aproaching and what better idea than to hold a convoy for charity. myself and someothers are in the middle of orginising like above a convoy for children in need. The route will be through our local town of norwich, and will end up in a live outside broadcast at the bbc centre here. i've been told that there will be press coverage as well as a spot on tv.
What we after from u lot is to spare an evening and come join us, we already have about 20 scoobs and we are wanting more as many as we can get. the donation is £5 a car so the more the merrier!!. i'm sure it will be a good night of fun if anyone feels like joining us then please do cheers

thanks for the interest people, as for the police i'm told that they are fully aware and will are heavely involved with us here!!. the dates are as follows friday 21st of november starting at 7pm, still to decide on meeting point but i will keep u informed!!

Hi guys,as Jamie says this is what is being planned :-

I'll see if i can get the Worcs lot to join, as me and BeetleBabe are interested... Might be a problem tho as its a fair trek!

We are teaming up with a live braodcast in asosiation with the BBC
SO you may be on LIVE TV !!! I welcome any one who wants to support CHILDREN IN NEED

I have been to a few southern meets .Norwich to Brighton,Norwich to Blaine Box ,Norwich to BBQ@ Maldon to name a few .All the best meets are worth abit of a haul ,BUT the drive is half the fun

Nice one Tiny m8.Footbridge sounds good.Details of final meet place etc are being finalised & i'll keep you posted.Looks like we have interest on other threads from other areas as well.
If it gets too spread out we may have to start a separate post for the Essex Boyz in "Southern Events" just to help with the admin.
This was posted on Scoobycity by Bev to-day,so you can see where we are heading
"I have contacted the BBC and the producer for Children in Need Night will be in the office tomorrow so hopefully I can get an answer tomorrow regarding the outside broadcast when I speak to him. I will also be filling in some official press release forms to send to local press."
