Smile

Just a quick note to say hello. My mate has a P1 and isn't the greatest browser on the computer so I have to do the researching for him and find all the decent Scooby stuff. I am pleased to say I have found this courtesy of my Cliosport.co.uk. You get a mention sometimes on there.

I have a 172 Sport which has been lowered by 30mm and I am dead chuffed with it. I am doing a trackday at Brands (With a couple of mates who own a TVR and S3) and I have noticed a few from here are going. I just have to talk my mate with the P1 to go as well now.

my g/f has a clio 172. Have to say its much more
fun around town than the scoob, more instant power.
No contest on the open road though!

Hi Flipper!

Have driven a couple of 172 Sport Clios and they are a lot of fun! However - for the track day - remove the rear seats and take the spare wheel out, it only takes about five minutes to do and the weight save may not seem like much - but it will make a difference. Have you had a go in a Clio V6? Grear fun!

Having driven the P1 you are probably right. Unfortunately, my pockets aren't bottomless.....
