Filled up with optimax the other day & noticed the fuel gauge stayed at half full (or half empty)!
15 mins into the journey the gauge started to rise. Is this a common thing to happen as I haven't noticed it before?

mine did this and sorted itself out after going quick round a roundabout a few days later. On the way to the dealer.
If you take out fuse 13 in the coin tray it should reset. This is what the dealer told me.
