anyone watch this channel last night. the extreme machines was on the x28 subaru world rally car. awesome or what, but £60k for a gearbox, i would rather have 2 spec c's. still milliseconds to change gear all done by pneumatics must be superb, full on power all the time. the program seem facinated by an engine that is supposed to be driven to destruction. they are only supposed to last for 2000 odd kilometers (one rally).

great program and a look at what the prodrive place is like as well.

the torque that gearbox will put out will put our engines to shame, plus add that to a subaru enhabced engine and you have a world rally car and thats why they cost as much next time you have a spare £500K buy a subaru rally car as i bet thats what they cost
