Which engine does this Legacy have?

I'm thinking of buying a Legacy estate and I'm after the 2.0 turbo. I've seen this one:
http://atsearch.autotrader.co.uk/www/cars_search.asp?modelexact=1&make=SUBARU&min_pr=10 00&postcode=ll13+9eq&source=2&sort=4&model=LEGACY& max_pr=5000&variant=&mileage=0&miles=1500&photo=1& keywords=ts5r&agerange=0&max_records=200&search.x= 16&search.y=17
on Auto Trader but I haven't a clue what engine it's likely to have. Just trying to work out if it's worth a trip up to the dealer to look at it.
Thanks.

a crap one!!!
nah, only joking. It is the EJ20 engine as found in the scooby with a few monor differences. The engine uses hydralic lifters and rockers instead of followers. this made the engine prone to siezed lifters and bad sounds.
as tunabvle as a scooby tho, but i belive they were down on power to start with

So I take it's not a turbo then? Is TS5R the actual model 'cos I can't find any reference at all to it anywhere. Shame if it's not the turbo. From the dealer's description it sounds pretty good.

That's a BG non turbo me thinks.
If it were turbo it would be a twin sequential turbo, 250ps job w/bonnet scoop. But it ain't...unless the owner went to the trouble of going to FMIC and getting an NA bonnet of course
Never heard of a TS5R either... There was a TS-R I think (could well be wrong) which was a DOHC 2.0 NA IIRC - but I dunno, there may been a UK model with that moniker for all I know.

Doesn't look liek a Turbo to me. It should have a bonnet scoop for the top mounted intercooler. Not sure about this Legacy but the earlier cars had 197bhp. Had a Legacy Turbo saloon and it was a very very good car better punch per pound that my current Scoob.
Top end can get noisy on these cars but high mileages are easy for these cars. I sold mine with 92K on the clock and it never missed a beat.

I've had an e-mail back from the dealer. They don't say the exact model (2.0 4x4 is a little vague don't you think?), and according to them has just been imported and has covered 51k miles. Bloody hell, Legacy turbo estates are rare. I may have to get an Impreza WRX wagon at this rate

Haven't actually looked at the link but Subaru did a version called that which led people to believe it was a tuned version whereas it's just an NA. I think it had a 2.5 tho...
