Most Embarassing Scooby Moment
#1
A few days ago my dad asked he if could have a drive of my car. Sure I said as long as I go with you
He drove cautiously out of my drive and onto a stretch of 50 limit dual carrigeway. Still getting the feel of the car and being reluctant to floor it until he had(sensible chap my dad) he pootled along at 40 MPH. All of a sudden an old clapped out 2CV shot passed us about 60.
The look on the 2CV driver made me want to put a paper bag on my head and slink off. It was a cross between 'You call THAT a car? You've just been overtaken by a 2CV!' and the look a you or I would get if Richard Burns phoned up and said 'Hey i'm feeling a little tired today want to do my rally stage for me'
It must have made that 2CV's owners day. Well that's my confessional over with. My car was passed by a 2CV. Somebody call Jerry Springer .

Most embrassing moment was a few sundays ago when going to Santa Pod. I got up at about 6.30am of a Sunday and went out to find the car was completed frosted over. Obviously I had to start the car to defrost it. The engine was ticking over at about 1,400 rpm with the scoobysport exhaust music coming from he back . After I spent between 5 and 10 minutes defrosting I got in the car and drove off approx 6.45am. I am still hiding from the neighbours 'cause it looks like everyone in the street had an early morning wake up call .

Pulled up at the local chip-shop/racetrack and coasted to a cool stop alongside the local Nova/Fiesta brigade.
Slips off Raybans, flicks glowing locks, opens the door and steps boldly out. Catches foot in the seatbelt and swallow dives to the pavement. Lies there face down silently weeping and waiting for the cheers and whoops to finish.

ps. I didn't bother with the chips in the end
