Last night some absolute t*sspot stole the clear indicators from the front of my classic WRX - what really pisses me off is that it must be for another scooby they were stolen. Car was in my car port off the beaten track - didn't set off my alarm.
So if anyone in the Gosport/Portsmouth/Southampton area offers you clear front indicators this weekend ask carefully where they came from.
The pair taken from my car had a very slightly misshapen right indicator which meant that when fitted it was slightly loose!!!

I replaced mine with security torx bolts last year. Cost me 20p each for the bolts and £1.50 for the security allen key. I still have a couple of bolts left if you want them? Oh, and they keep your fog lights safer as well

What's going on. I had my Clear Side repeaters stolen the Saturday night before in Fareham. Sorry to here about your front ones, I know that they are alot more expensive.
I think they should bring in a law where thieves get thier hands cut off. (sounds harsh but do it to a couple of people and it may make them think twice!)

Bondy - I have now surmised that it was in Fareham mine were taken as well - I hadn't noticed the quick flashing of my indictors on the Friday evening (coming back from Fareham) - but my passenger did.
So it look as if someone helped themselves to siderepeaters and indicators in Fareham!!!!

just out of interest, where had you been parked in Fareham. I started a thread last Monday about mine, I was parked outside the Delme Arms pub, near the Cams Hall Golf Club Entrance. Mine are replaced now after joing the wires together with some new bulb holders. Makes you wonder if they were for the same car???

MMmm!!! don't think we should post where we park our cars in case this t*sser/t*ssers have a shopping list!!!!
If its not the same piece of dogturd - better not advertise where to complete his list!!!
Suggest you edit your post and remove reference to where your car was parked if you regularly park there!!!
Hopefully its no-one who uses this forum but where better to pick up tips on where to find cars!!!

No don't worry, the only reason I named the place is because I have never parked there before and never will again. Also I don't live near there either, just wanted to warn people about that particular place.

Bondy - glad to hear it - was bit worried somone might be thinking - tha's where I'll get more bits.
Krankyd - thanks very much - however I have bought a new pair - ebay 14.99 - from autocruise - as well as selling on ebay they also have a shop - www.auto-cruise.net
Its good to see such support and offers of help from the scooby community - sort of re-affirms my belief in the goodness of human nature - excluding toerags!!!!!
