Just wondering,we seem to be able to recommend suppliers /dealers but cannot say they R rubbish. This may be due to advertising or possible litigation . If so, why have recommendations. If we have recommendations then we have a duty of care>>>...... Steve

Nightmare. Did you chase them to replace them?
I've had Downpipe and a dumplvalve supplied and fitted by them, but I let K.T Green look after the servicing.

They over adjusted you rear brakes???? The only adjustment on a subaru at the rear is for the handbrake. So if they adjusted this too tight, then obviously the handbrake would always be partially on... You mean you didnt notice that?? Even then, I cant see it damaging the disks, but it could damage the rear handbrake shoes.
Im not defending Well Lane by the way, as I know virtually nothing about them.

If you have received poor service from an organisation, you are free to document the fact on any public bbs. This has to be factual though and worded in such a way that the medium you choose to voice your experience cannot get into legal difficulties.
For example, to say "Company X are utter sh1te" would rightly attract the attention of moderators. To say "I think company X gave me very poor service" would be acceptable.
Every thread I have seen deleted or edited on SN has contained potentially libellious wording. Chose your words carefully and you can voice your concerns without worry.
