Me
Funds permitting
Excellent place to meet like-minded petrolheads and people off SN. Makes it more enjoyable if your m8s are there
Oh & dinge, take it as read that you don't need to be an SIDC member to participate at one of their events - just expect to pay a small premium over non-members. That satisfy you?

Thats why it reads "genuinely" but is not actually asking for a committment or money for a certain day. Craig is seeking to find out the actual level of interest there is in holding track days at all and those that are likely to attend.
Thats how I read it and I am "genuinely" interested in attending SIDC days.

would love to do a trackday, but whether I can get the time to go to one, and be bothered to pay a few hundred for it is another story. At the moment I'd rather spend the money on modifications.

Craig as per telecon,
I am up for it.
Perhaps you and I should start our own track day organisation.
We probably know enough people to fill a day pretty quickly.
Deffo needs to be £195 member or not.
Membership means nothing to me anyway for £25.

I would be interested for defo. Used to be a member and attend the trackdays, which were great (good price, open pit lane, meet with like minded peeps ), until the trouble started with non scoobs being allowed on track I let my memebership lapse after that.
Cheers

I used to go in my last scoob and have had very good days. But last year I saw too many accidents which has put me off using my new WRX. I would love to attend the SIDC days but in another vehicle. If I could use my 'track car' on SIDC days then I'll go and I wouldn't mind paying a 'little' bit more for driving a non-scoob on the day.
So take that as a yes if I can use a different car.

Eh ?
Are SIDC not running enough KH days for you ? (there are enough for me)
Do you think that other marques are not welcome ? (think about the last one ... there were even two Novas on track ! )
Me. Knockhill please, anywhere else is too far.

I'm always interested in track day...
but won't be doning anymore till either the new car is built..
or the old car is re-built...
but after that just try and stop me being there...
but only if they are opened up to everyone not just Scooby's as the new car will be a bit of a hybrid (ok, ok it'll be a barstool of differnet cars...)...

Did my 1st SIDC track day Aug 98 @ Castle Coombe, had a great time saw some great cars & met some good people. Also combined this with a weekend in Bath with the wife.
Since then have managed to do at least one a year, what with doing up the house and being a Dad for the first time 5 months ago, Nov 30th was going to be my 2nd Bedford for the year. Cheque was paid on anouncement day, Gutted!

Yep, I'd be interested, provided no-one objects to a slow black Skoda pottering around the track.
I have been know to venture on track occasionally so providing the dates are OK, yep I'm in. Don't care about venue so much, I'll travel for a good circuit.

Deffo interested - done two so far at Donington through the SIDC, thoroughly enjoyed it. Had signed up for the Trax one this year before it was cancelled.
