Hi Guys

I have managed to get the following prices if the numbers are reached

Tracker Retrive (some insurance companies not keen on this one !)
£225 each if 5 interested.
£200 each if 10 interested.

Tracker Monitor
£375 each if 5 interested.
£350 each if 10 interested.

Clifford Blackjax (not a Tracker !)
£150 each if 5 interested.
£125 each if 10 interested.

All prices are fitted and include VAT (exclude £99 yearly Tracker subscription)

See Main thread

Cheers

Neal

Wink

It sure is if any doors r opened then u need 2 tap in a code on a hey pad otherwise the engine will cut out when it's safe 2 do so & not restart until it is entered. That's my understanding anyhow

Plinkplonk

I chatted to the company about the Tracker range that they installed and they dont fit the Horizon that tops the Tracker range as it requires some specialised set up equipment that costs £600 to buy. As the company has only had 2 enquires in 2 years they have not found the necessity to spend this money for such a small return.

Hope this helps

Chaps can i just draw your attention to the "Police-Waste of time" thread(page 3 onwards) and the discussion on tracker.I think it may help some of you when making a decision on what to go for.
Cheers.

http://www.thankstotracker.com/motor2002.htm

Dont suppose they'd also accept the £50 off vouchers available from the motorshow??? Only asking cos this discount would be from tracker not the installer.

Hi Guys

APJ, I will find out for you about the voucher when they open later this morning.

http://www.thankstotracker.com/motor2002.htm

Though these prices are still cheaper than the min £350 incl subscription that there offer is suggesting as there lowest price.

Pauleds, cant find your thread can you supply a link please?

Cheers

No Problem mate

I am waiting for a reply on the 50 quid Voucher that Tracker are giving out at the Motorshow. Should find out later today though I think it may be through Tracker dealers themselves rather than authorised dealers. In any case this group buy is still cheaper but If we can get a few more quid off then its off to the motor show for me .

Is that subscription figure correct? On their website Tracker Monitor has a one off £299 subscription with annual £99 contract. I'm very interested but won't know until the end of the week if the money's spare!

Tracker subscription is a £299 one off payment if you want to subscribe for life with no additional payments OR £99 a year, not BOTH.

I'm interested in both Black Jax and Tracker Monitor. I'm in London / Herts just a bit concerned about the after sales if anything goes wrong after installation. Will I have to return to them (can't see them coming down to London if there's a problem)?

Latest info

Tracker vouchers,
These are only redeamable against Tracker Direct, therefore can not be used with this group buy . Still cheaper with group buy than with the voucher .

Andy,
I have been told you shouldnt need any after service but if you do then most of the problems that can occur can be sorted out over the phone. When the Tracker is installed it is tested 5 times in different circumstances. I believe the Black jax can be overridden with a coded key that only you will have.

Deposits,
I am having a meeting with the fitter on Sunday and will finalise all the details. He has requested deposits from all thoughs interested incase people dont turn up when he has to make a visit to install the units.

If you have any questions please dont hesitate to mail me on

n.m1@ntlworld.com

Or raise questions on this thread or the one in Security as it doesnt move so quickly down the page as in this the General section.

Cheers

Neal
