A plug for Mr Mellow Yellow (the man who is scoobyscene):
Sold him my scoob, for more money than the few jokers who looked at it from autotrader were willing to offer, all as agreed on the phone.
Rochdale's a bit of a stretch from london, but its worth it - No fuss, hagling, or messing, all over in < 20 minutes (including abuse for taking sugar in my coffee
) You even get your train fare home.
Found myself standing on a platform with a wad of cash, contemplating automotive boredom (going downmarket), and wondering what had happened!

Glad you're happy with it, still bemused I couldn't sell it privately! Sounds like I should have asked for more cash
I'll settle for a spin around bedford
@ian - prolly looking at a carly 2.3T next week.. for about a grand(!)
