I cannot f-ing beleive what an idiot Ive been.
My car has been at the body shop having a lovely new big wing put on and the sills done. It now looks a millions dollars. Until.............
I back it out the drive in the dark, dont notice my dads golf and basically have now destroyed the front drivers side wind p1ssed off? Im way worse than that. The golf is fine, has a very minor scuff on the plastic - no dent.
I really dont deserve to be driving such a nice car, please come on here and insult me, I might feel better if given a hard time.
Just wanted to top myself after it had happened(my old car got written off a year ago and ever since I have been so so so careful, now this...)
mega annoyed and stuppid

Andy, you're an idiot!

Oi! Ignore him Andy, he's so rude We've all done it, the Corsa (yeah, I know it's not quite the same) has two chips out the wingmirror after the alarm went off and would stop in the garage, I managed to knock the wingmirror off reversing out the garage Not good.
Just as soon as it gets fixed it'll look wonderful again ...or just look at it from the other side ...or you are an awful person and you should give the car to me

Bad luck. It can be fixed, and a lesson learned. Just remember, it could have been a lot worse!
(At least I had someone to moan about when my front splitter was removed )

A month ago, I threw a lump of wood up to the second storey of my garage, with a small error of judgement it fell down ............new wing and dented A-piller. Worse than that it was the other halfs car as the Scoob was at my parents !!!!!!!!!

Just one of those silly thing, I remember clearing out the garage for my Brand New Honda Civic Type R, put it away every night for three weeks, then on night misjudged it and scrapped the wing mirror, how pissed off was I, it would have been better off on the drive!

Andy,
Welcome to the f*ckwits'R'us club.
I had been driving 13 years and I hadn't hit anything until last Wednesday. I was reversing into my normal space at work monitoring the position of the pillar so I could judge how far in I was. Well, on this particular day I just kept going!! You must understand, this was not an 'oh no, I've gone too far', this was a 'full throttle, keep on going, no matter what' reverse. I was miles away in another world... until I hit the brick wall!
Having had a couple of weeks to think about it I am just bloody relieved that it wasn't a kid. It is, after all, just a car and it can be fixed!
You are not alone - I blame work myself, too much on my mind.
