I can only speak about my experiences with TSL...
I have to say the premises is by far the best/cleanest Motor Trade premises I have ever seen...the service is superb from all involved...pricing is obviously competitive...knowledge of the brand as good as it can get and products beautifully designed, engineered and manufactured
The only flaw is that Pauls tea making has a little to be desired??!! ...
But I guess if you want a proper cuppa you could always pop round the corner for a bacon buttie and a tea at the local equally friendly cafe
A very happy punter

P.S. Not associated with etc etc etc

Never used Midland Impreza so can't comment but I've used TSL a few times and they are spot on. No complaints from me.

Yeah, I agree, go TSL. Paul sold me my RB5 when he worked for Beechdale Subaru, so hes had some money out of me !
Good guys and good premises. Usually have what you want in stock which is an added bonus over the main dealers

i live just down the road from midland impreza & i have called by a few times when i was in need of silly little things like screws for dash board & No. plate screws drilling out when threaded & the lads there were most helpfull & didn't charge a penny
I did an enquiry on here in dealers section as 2 any1 experiance & it seems the majority of responses said they were gr8 for parts but not so hot with servicing etc
So i have nothing against them other than i nearly dehydrated myself thru crying when i looked at their web site with all the pix of the damaged jap scoobies they get from jap insurance co. & then fix.
