Is it possible to move the number plate of my my97 wagon. I'v seen some cars with square plates at the front, and ones that look like they are stuck on, any legal implications to these setups....?????

Well you can move it to the side of the front spoiler, you can have it on your dash, you can have it either painted or with a sticker-like thing on the lowest part of the front lip. Really depends what look or other reason you are going for.....
