Telematix - no answer at all...

So, i've been calling Telematix for 15 solid minutes now, on their theft report line 0800 7311113, or their HQ number 020 7253 6348.
Luckily it was just to ask a technical question, not to report my Scoob had been pinched.
But what if i did need to report that? How much confidence can i have that Telematix will guarantee to provide the service i think they should??
