Yes some do.
Bel 550 - only get this one, does everything, plus it's the only one to get the Ku band (ie Mini Gatsos). £320 to you squire.
I've got one, as do a lot of folks on this board.
Yes they REALLY work. I've just done a 1500 mile trip and my 550 was invaluable.
