Question

I'm considering buying a Bel 915R or 975R remote radar detector. Apparently the detector part of the unit fits behind the radiator grill. You also get a very small control unit that fits into the dash. Anyone used one of these? Is it any good ? I know the Euro 550 is the most popular, but I want one I don't have to carry around.

Cheers
Raj

Hi Raj

The 915 and the 975 (nu name) are the same detector. The only thing that it does not do is detect Ku band, which is for mini gatso camera's.

If more info check out

networx,
Thanks for the info. Might have to go for 550 if the 975 doesn't cover mini gatsos.

Raj

If you want something that's installed and covers mini gatso camera's you could buy the Beltroincs 966R and buy a seperate laser module. Very expensive!
