paintwork cleaners ?

What do bodyshops use to clean wax etc off before painting that doesn't kill the paint underneath. I nNeed to get all wax and polish off. Cleansers and glaze must put something on if they remove\hide swirlmarks. Any experts ?

The wipes are what I have heard of .... need to find some !
Like I say most of the others cleaners leave things behind !
