Unhappy

Beware !
I paid £580 for extended warranty and have piston slap and to quote IM - the warranty covers a failure (breakage) so the piston slap is not covered as nothing has broken. They offered to send a mechanic to listen to it (not believing the one at their main agents (?)) which I will arrange.
