Cant find any mention on it in owners manual or service book. Going on previous services it seems to be every 6 months - is this right? What mileage - 7,500 miles?
Also can you get your car serviced at specialists rather than main dealers or does that invalidate your warranty?
Do places like TSL do servicing?
Simon.

According to my solicitor (my other half) as long as the garage is VAT registered then it won't invalidate your warranty. I remeber her saying this in passing conversation, although i will read up on this and get back to you.

So if my car has been serviced 4 times since new and the first was the 1000 miler then it should need its next service bang on two years or 30,000 miles? Cant see it being the latter as its only just coming up to 6k now

Your 1k service doesnt actually count in the service intervals, you still have to have the car serviced at 6months after registration etc so the first 12 months on an my00 you will have 3 services, 1k, 7.5k and 15k.

Yer sorry about the confusion - thats what I meant in a round-a-bout way, its had 4 but one was the 1k'er so only had 3 main services. Pretty much as I expected - need my 4th main service (the 30k'er) this sept. Oh joy

Hmm as it was an import I have a Dutch Service Manual and a Uk extended warranty booklet. Neither make reference to the interval times so I'll just have to confirm with Subaru Warranties and get it in writing.
