MetaSat still working and active?
is anyone, other than me still subscribed to Meta stat still?
If so, is the company still running as I can't seem to send a text to my car via the number to get status updates etc... like previously.
the .co.uk site seems to not be there, but the .com is

My local Subaru dealership says MetaSat is no longer used by Subaru and not supported.
What does that mean??

Octotelematics then pulled out of the UK (Brexit?) back to Italy, whom I've dealt direct with ever since with varying results.
The related Subaru UK Telematics Service login was also transferred to the octotelematics.net web address about the same time.
Email: support.uk@octotelematics.com
Phone: 0203 4814097 (London virtual code)
Since the move back to Italy, the service has been pretty hit and miss and although "status" requests are received in Italy (phone delivery receipt and credits marked as used) and the tracker interegated,(have been sent the information), receiving an SMS reply back here in the UK has been the problem.
I was receiving SMS messages from other locations but not from Italy ??
After a long period of not receiving the replies and a lot of emails back and forth they started up again in January with the arrival of One UI version 6 on my Samsung Vodafone android phone.
Originally replies were sent from an Italian mobile number but recently have been receiving replies with a UK "virtual" mobile number.

It means Subaru UK went elsewere for the MY15> models and when I queried it with Subaru via my dealer in 2019, Adrian Hogg (SUK Technical) replied that I would need to go direct.

Having sorted out my phone to send international text/calls (had to pay for an add on)
Text was sent to the car/MetaSat status etc.
I'm still yet to get a text back.
By the looks of it Meta Sat is done.
Morning main dealer has again this week contacted their technical department about it... Again... Awaiting a reply.

Still awaiting a reply from meta sat company to my numerous emails.
Also not had any Status text messages back.
Looks like I won't bother subscribing again to MetaSat after all these years.
What do I upgrade to now?
