Default Hatch sti cat back exhaust options

I’m after a new cat back system for my 2.0 sti hatch. I’ve not long done the decat downpipe which is from Hayward & scott but looking about there isn’t a great choice keeping with the quad system. I will be using the car for the odd track day too so looking for a 3” system that is reasonably quiet. My old blob there seemed to be a massive choice but not so much for the hatch.

thanks

was in the same situation with our wrx hatch, not much choice and can be expensive, ended up getting a custom build and I'm happy with it.

very different. I got the bug with my last blob chasing power and I went too far for a road car to be honest. The hatch is a jdm so no burble but the stock exhaust is restrictive for the next step in mods.

I think that may be the best way to be fair. Usually better quality too.

Interested to hear your thoughts once you take the next step with the hatch 👍

I have the HKS Legamax which isn’t that loud and seems decent in quality.

The problem is that most jdm systems aren't 3" and it's now only H&S who specialise in the UK. Custom is honestly the best way to go. Somewhere like Infinity exhausts Bristol. Although H&S quality is lacking , the 3" twin system they do sounds just right and is track legal, I think.
You wouldn't be wanting one of the two unused titanium single exit systems that I've got then......one is virtually straight through!!

that looks very nice. I’m wanting to keep with the quad look on this one. I’m just waiting to hear back off a few companies for what options they have.

I've got that Invidia titan with a 3" flange, and a Tomei with the donut connection, which narrows down to directly fit to the oem cat. Both unused, Tomei is brand new, Invidia is new unfitted but 4 years old. I'd sell for about 20% less than retail, but may fit them for a while and sell a bit cheaper.
I've also got an H&S twinscroll downpipe unused for £180 + pp...... but it needs a die grinder taken to it.

Just remembered you had the STI back box, would you sell that one?
